Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend either:
- Refusing the delivery, or
- Accepting it and noting the damage with the carrier
If damage is discovered after delivery:
- Take clear photos of the artwork and packaging
- Document all visible damage
- Contact us within 48 hours at: info@fabianperez.com
We will review the situation and do our best to resolve the issue appropriately.
All Sales Final
All artwork sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Due to the nature of original artwork and limited editions, all purchases are considered final once completed.
Pickup & Local Delivery (Recommended)
We strongly recommend purchasing and picking up artwork in person at our Los Angeles gallery to ensure safe handling.
For collectors in the Los Angeles area, we may offer:
- Local delivery coordination
- Direct drop-off options

While we take care in packaging all artworks, the gallery is not responsible for damage caused during transit. However, we will assist in resolving issues with carriers when possible.
